IS Training Ltd was incorporated in 2010 with the aim of delivering a dedicated service to industry and to promote safer lifting operations wherever and whenever cranes are used in the workplace.
We offer advice on training, ongoing competency assessments, structured course development for in-house training and other workforce development areas which impact on the safety and competence of those operating lifting equipment.
Our Services
In addition to providing competency assessments (NVQs) we are able to design and deliver specific training which reflects the operational requirements of individual companies.
Our training will help employers to comply with LOLER 98 and PUWER 98 as well as helping to reduce accidents, improve employee performance and increase productivity.
We are experts in mobile cranes, lorry loader cranes and overhead travelling cranes and we specialise in the management and supervision of lifting operations including Appointed Person and Crane Supervisor as defined by BS7121 – Safe Use of Cranes.
